LEADERSHIP
Our Team
Journey Fellowship is a congregational church with a Pastor, an elected Leadership Team, consisting of our Elders, a Financial Manager, Operations Manager and several at-large members.

Bryan Bell
Pastor
Bryan Bell and his wife Aimee have four children. Bryan has worked on staff in local church ministry for over 25 years, primarily working with teenage students. He loves teaching the Bible and showing people how it all fits together and points to Jesus. Acts 20:24 has been a guiding passage for Bryan as he thinks about his role in ministry.

Paul Jackson
Elder
Paul has served as a pastor for 28 years, and served in missions’ administration for 18 yrs. He and his wife, Grace, have 2 grown children with 8 grandchildren. Paul is excited about teaching the Word of God and being involved in a shepherding ministry with people. He has found great encouragement over his life and ministry in 1 Corinthians 15:58.

Mitch Ostermeier
Elder
Mitch met his wife Jean at his brother’s wedding, and they got married in 1977. They have two daughters and 4 grandsons. As a US Army veteran, Mitch proudly served at Fort Bragg, NC. Mitch enjoys gardening and finds joy in the fellowship of his church family.

Mike Vrbanac
Elder
Mike grew up east of Columbus, Ohio. He has served as a missionary in Japan where he met and married his wife Miwa. Since 2004, they have resided in Milford where Mike first served a local church as an associate pastor. For the past eight years, he has been providing people from various walks of life with spiritual and emotional support by serving as a healthcare chaplain. Mike greatly enjoys rooting for The Ohio State University Buckeyes football team and spending time with his family – especially his little Dachshund, Moka!

Bob Yoxthimer
Operations Manager
Bob met his wife, Debbie, at a young adult group in Van Wert, OH, while visiting his aunt and uncle and they knew they wanted to be married just one month after meeting. Now, after 54 years of marriage, 53 of which have been spent living in Cincinnati, Bob enjoys hobbies like woodworking, photography, bicycling, and home projects. He and Debbie have two sons and are grandparents to seven grandchildren.

Dianna Townley
Finance Manager
Dianna and her husband Gary have been married for 55 years and have one son and twin granddaughters who are entering high school. Dianna has lived in the Greater Cincinnati area all her life, having been born in northern Kentucky and moving to Anderson Twp a few years later. When asked about her hobbies and interests, Dianna says she is a “prolific reader, project addict, avid walker, and honest accountant.”
