Our Team
Journey Fellowship is a congregational church, with an elected Leadership Team, consisting of our Elders, a Financial Manager, Operations Manager and several at-large members.

Paul Jackson
Elder
Paul has served as a pastor for 28 years, and served in missions’ administration for 18 yrs. He and his wife, Grace, have 2 grown children with 8 grandchildren. Paul is excited about teaching the Word of God and being involved in a shepherding ministry with people. He has found great encouragement over his life and ministry in 1 Corinthians 15:58.

Bryan Bell
Elder
Bryan Bell and Aimee, his wife of 24 years, have lived in Cincinnati for nineteen years and have four children. Bryan has worked on staff in local church ministry for over 25 years, primarily working with teenage
students. He loves teaching the Bible and showing people how it all fits together and points to Jesus.

Bob Yoxthimer
Operations Manager
Manager – Bob met his wife, Debbie, at a young adult group in Van Wert, OH, while visiting his aunt and uncle—and they knew they wanted to be married just one month after meeting. Now, after 52 years of marriage, 51 of which were spent living in Cincinnati, Bob enjoys hobbies like woodworking, photography, bicycling, and home projects. He and Debbie have two sons, and are grandparents to six grandchildren.

Dianna Townley
Finance Manager
Dianna and her husband Gary have been married for 52 years and have one son and twin granddaughters who are soon to be teenagers. Dianna has lived in the Greater Cincinnati area all her life, having been born in northern Kentucky and moving to Anderson Twp a few years later. When asked about her hobbies and interests, Dianna says she is a “prolific reader, project addict, avid walker, and honest accountant.

Mitch Ostermeier
Member-At-Large
Mitch met his wife Jean at his brother’s wedding and they got married in 1977, most of it living in Milford. They have two daughters and 4 grandchildren. As a US Army veteran, Mitch proudly served at Fort Bragg, NC. With a passion for gardening, listening to Christian music, and cheering on local sports teams, Mitch finds joy in family, friends, and the fellowship of his Church family.

Margo Broening
Member-At-Large
Margo and Bill Broening met in Little Rock, AR, and have been married for 32 years. Their family includes three children, a son- and
daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter. Margo enjoys hiking, cooking, serving
others, and spending time with her family.

Bill Eller
member-at-large
Bill is the father of three children. He and his wife, Helen were married in 1975 while he was attending The Ohio State University. Bill graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and then completed a master’s degree at Wright State University in Business and Clinical
Counseling while working in the Mental Health field for 12 years. He transitioned to the transportation field and retired in 2018 as a driver and driver trainer.
Bill and Helen have been active with several churches serving in the music ministry, Pastor Parrish committee, and as church treasurer. Bill looks forward to serving Journey Fellowship in whatever role Our Lord and the church directs.
